Adele takes her Live 2016 Tour to No. 1 on Billboard’s latest tally of Hot Tours (see list, below), based on tickets sold through the first week of October.

The trek’s overall sales are now in the $150 million range -- a number that's sure to grow as the tour continues through November.

Since launching the tour in February in support of her third studio album 25, the British singer has performed for about 1.5 million fans, in both Europe and North America.

Her first concert after the album’s November 2015 release was a surprise gig on Feb. 12 in Los Angeles. The pre-Grammy Awards show took place at the Wiltern Theatre, while the tour’s proper kickoff occurred a little more than two weeks later, on Feb. 29 in Belfast. The European leg of the tour continued through June 15, and the North American journey launched July 5.
Box office grosses from the first 15 arenas on the current U.S. and Canadian trek total $67.5 million, from 41 performances reported during the past week. Just over 601,000 tickets were sold in those 15 venues, including 118,149 at the Staples Center, the venue with the top box-office counts during the tour’s second leg. The Los Angeles arena is the only North American venue to host the 10-time Grammy winner for eight nights, although she also played eight shows at the O2 Arena in London during the European jaunt.

Now in the tour’s homestretch, Adele will remain on the road in the U.S. through Nov. 21, wrapping in Phoenix with a rescheduled concert originally planned for Aug. 17. Prior to the closer, she will also headline two nights in Mexico City, her only Latin American appearance this year. By the finale, the sold-out tour will have included a total of 107 performances.

Following in the second slot on the Hot Tours recap is country star Luke Bryan, with $58.7 million reported from the bulk of his Kill the Lights Tour, which hit the road in February. This tally includes events that occurred from April 7 through the end of September.
Among Bryan's 53 reported concerts, his top three were stadium dates, led by a two-show stint at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. on July 15 and 16. Sales from both days totaled $7.5 million, from 76,450 sold seats at the home venue of the NFL’s New England Patriots. The U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and Chicago’s Wrigley Field also hosted the tour with sellout crowds in attendance. 47,219 Minneapolis-area fans generated $4.5 million in sales on Aug. 19, and the Windy City’s historic ballpark racked up $4.4 million from 41,819 sold tickets the following weekend.

Bryan’s Kill the Lights tour kicked off on Feb. 18 in Indiana and is set to run through the end of this month, ending with stadium dates in Dallas and Detroit. Overall 2016 box-office sales total $70 million so far, with more than 1.1 million fans in attendance at 67 shows.

Finally, the last box office counts have been reported from Beyoncé’s massive Formation World Tour, which played 46 stadiums in North America and Europe this year during a 23-week span. With the final North American leg reported this week, the overall tour gross topped $250 million from 2.2 million sold tickets at 49 performances.

The tour began in Miami on April 27 and remained stateside through June 14. A European leg followed two weeks later, running through early August. Then the final jaunt began on Sept. 10 in St. Louis and wrapped on Oct. 7 at MetLife Stadium in the metropolitan New York/New Jersey market.
