We all knew he might be slipping after he professed his support for Donald Trump — but Kanye may have just hammered the final nail in his popularity coffin.

During a recent performance in Sacramento, California, Kanye made the truly epic mistake of dissing both Beyoncé and Jay-Z. “I’m putting my career, my life, my public well-standing at risk when I talk to ya’ll like this,” he said to the crowd. He was only three songs into his set.
“Beyoncé, I was hurt cause I heard you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over ‘Hotline Bling.’ … Now, don’t go trying to diss Beyoncé, she is great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great people. We are all equal. But sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are just to win. F**k winning.”

He then told Jay-Z to call him, because I guess he assumes Jay-Z is omnipresent and always listening.

Kanye went on to diss Obama, saying that the current President couldn’t “make America great” again, which naturally elicited boos from the audience.

The rapper then promptly dropped his mic and walked offstage — after ranting for almost 40 minutes and coming onstage a full hour late.

Here’s a little recap, for everyone who’s currently keeping score:
After all of this, it seems that the internet’s reluctant love of Kanye and his antics is finally drawing to a close.
