A trailer for the actress’ small screen comeback has leaked online, and it’s given fans a first look at her new series The Anti-Social Network.

The show is based around social media and Lindsay will be shown taking control of Twitter accounts with hilarious results.
Lindsay, 30, will be given access to contestants’ pages for 24 hours without their knowledge and they will have to complete a series of challenges to win prizes.

In the preview clip, Lindsay explained: “I love social media. I am social media.
“Everybody knows you should never leave your phone lying around… especially near me.
“So, I’ve decided to hijack your social media for a whole 24 hours.
“If you can pull off 3 challenges, then you’ll win some fabulous prizes. But they won’t know I’m the one pulling the strings.”
She is shown giving tasks to her first victim Charlie, who has to pose naked for an art class, perform stand-up comedy, and declare his love for his boss for the prank show.

The news comes just two months after Lindsay stepped away from all of her social media accounts so she could undergo a “period of renewal”.
She walked away from sites such as Twitter and Instagram back in January.
A representative for Lindsay told The Mail Online: “[Lindsay] is in a period of renewal, and is very excited for what the new year holds.”
Lindsay added: “I am so excited for this new chapter in my life.”
The Mean Girls star has been vocal on social media over the past 12 months, most notably entertaining her followers with her views on Brexit.
Her fans were devastated by her decision to come offline although most were overwhelmingly supportive of her reasoning.
