Exes Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky were photographed walking into a residence together in New York City on Wednesday, with the actress' dog, Pippi, in tow.

The Mother! actress and director have not commented on the sighting, which fuels speculation on whether or not the couple is back together.
"They are friends. They are not officially back together but are spending time together again," a source told E! yesterday. "They never stopped speaking after they broke up. They care about each other. They are just seeing what happens."
Indeed, Lawrence, 27, and Aronofsky, 48, were said to have split on "amicable" terms when they reportedly parted ways in October. Time will tell if the former couple is rekindling their relationship for real.
The two first sparked dating rumors in October 2016, and basically confirmed the news when they were spotted kissing in NYC the following month. They were also seen together on New Year's Eve last year, enjoying a stroll in Central Park (Pippi was there too).
Nearly a year later, the pair made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Venice Film Festival, where they promoted Mother! together. Though they remained private about their romance, Lawrence gave rare insight into their relationship last month in an interview where she discussed dating and working with Aronofsky at the same time.
"Dating the director was different," she said in a video with Variety. "We’d be on the tour together, I’d come back to the hotel, and the last thing I want to talk about or think about is a movie. He comes back from the tour, and that’s all he wants to talk about."
She also revealed that criticisms of Mother! made her protective of her boyfriend. "If I read it, I start getting defensive. Especially because it’s my man," she said.
