After eight total, and seven consecutive, weeks at No. 2, Justin Bieber's "Sorry" crowns the Hot 100 at last.

As for non-Bieber/Adele news in the Hot 100's top five: Drake's "Hotline Bling" holds at No. 4, after reaching No. 2 (and dominates Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart for an 11th week and Hot Rap Songs for a 16th frame), and Twenty One Pilots land their first top five hit, as "Stressed Out" flies 9-5.

The latter single stays at No. 4 on Digital Songs (116,000 sold, down 27 percent) and rises 12-11 on Radio Songs (75 million, up 27 percent) and 20-13 on Streaming Songs (7.9 million, up 10 percent). "Stressed Out" concurrently leads the Hot Rock Songs chart for a third week.
